BIASA ArtSpace Bali will host an exhibition showcasing the work of American ceramic artist Ryan Mitchell titled ‘Everywhere We Go’ in collaboration with Gaya Ceramic Art Center. ‘Everywhere We Go’ takes viewers through layers of extreme counterparts. A series of tensions- between power and naivety; beauty and destruction; intention and chance are explored through inverting inherent ideas and cultural images. The work was created by Ryan during his residency period in Gaya Ceramics Art Center in Ubud, Bali.

‘Everywhere We Go’ will be exhibited at BIASA ArtSpace Bali’s newest gallery location on level 2 of BIASA+ from February 17 to March 15, 2015. The new gallery provides an intimate space that focuses on establishing a powerful narrative between the artist, the body of work presented, and its audience.
